Price and payment
- All prices are fixed and quoted excluding VAT.
- Positioning, Website and Groundwork: you pay 50 % by card when you book. The booking is confirmed when the payment goes through. Until then, the slot stays open to others. The remaining 50 % is invoiced on delivery, with 14 days payment terms.
- Growth: invoiced monthly in advance, with 14 days payment terms. The first three months are a fixed period that you pay for. After that, Growth runs month to month.
Rebooking and cancellation
- I take one client at a time, and the whole period is held for you. You can move the start for free up to 14 days before. Later changes are invoiced at 50 %.
- If you cancel more than 14 days before the start, you pay nothing, and anything already paid is refunded.
- If you cancel later, what you have paid is not refunded.
- If I have to cancel because of illness or similar, you choose a new date or get everything refunded.
- Growth can be cancelled with one month's notice, at the earliest at the end of the third month. Cancel by email.
What is delivered
The scope is described on each service page and in your booking confirmation. Each service includes one round of revisions as described there. Anything outside the scope is agreed and priced before I start.
Rights to the work
When the invoice is paid, the deliverables are yours: documents, copy, design and the website. I may describe the project as a case only if you say yes. Methods and templates I use are still mine.
Confidentiality
Everything you share with me about your business stays between us, also after the project. How I handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Liability
I do my best, and I stand by the work. My liability is limited to the price of the project. I am not responsible for indirect losses, or for results that depend on choices you make after delivery.
Using the website
Texts, images and design on kazonza.com are my work and protected by copyright. Feel free to read and be inspired, but ask before you copy or share the content. Please don't misuse the contact form or try to disrupt the site. The articles are general advice, not legal or financial advice. I sometimes link to other sites, but I'm not responsible for their content.
Changes
I update these terms when something changes. The terms that applied when you booked apply to your booking.
Norwegian law
These terms follow Norwegian law. If we disagree, I hope we can sort it out over a coffee first.
